  The Cell phone department in the N. Cattleman store is amazing!! We had yet again another great customer service experience. We switched 7 lines from Sprint to Verizon wireless. Demetrius is the gentleman who originally helped us and he is great very personable and knows his stuff!! They ended up putting together their heads and totally switched my account with NO trouble! Dani is also another one who very good she assisted the entire time keeping all aspects in order and organized. Then lastly is Luisa..... she is amazing!! Strict but very nice and she is FAST!! Her customer service and the way she handles her team is absolutely brilliant! Just all around GREAT!! I always walk out of Best Buy having one of the best personal experiences than any other store! Thanks for all your help!! If you are looking to switch phone service.....Best Buy is the place to go!!

  They had the case I’ve been wanting forever but other stores never had in stock. I was in and out pretty quickly. The associate that helped me find everything I came to get seemed pretty disengaged, which is the only thing that seemed off. It was almost end of day though, to be fair. Overall, pretty happy with my experience here.
