  5 minutes shopping. 15 minutes to check out. Three cashiers. 24 customers waiting. Cashier to every customer... "can I enroll you in our blah blah plan? I'll just need you name, address, telephone number, email address...". Customer: "Seamus McGillicuddy". And, another five minutes goes by!!!
