  If you are looking for a good ac repair look no further than One Hour AC. The unit we have was purchased through them and with a 10 year warranty. We have had some issues with the unit but every time I call they get a technican out here usually within the same day. Today I arrived home after a four day business trip to find out that my ac was not working again. I called them at 5:33pm on Friday and they were able to schedule a service call for today. The service technician's name was Bill. He was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He communicated to me tbeoughout his work. We have two dogs that are usually timid of strangers entering our home. He treated them with the same level of respect and kindness as he did me. They ended up loving him. I was so blessed to have Bill as my technician. One Hour AC you too are blessed to have Bill on your team!

  THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!! I give them ZERO stars, and the only reason they have one is because it would not allow me to post. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their lack of professionalism, they was unfair to us as customer, and they do not adhere to their policies and procedures. I purchased a new system in February 2016, costing me 16.000.00, including the duct system and at present The system is still NOT working properly! Several technicians came to my home and most were late and did not appear to be knowledgeable about the system. I have reached out to this company several times and they have not provided any solutions. I have wasted my time and money. For those of you who are considering ONE HOUR AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING for services, please reconsider using them as your choice. My family has suffered many sleepless nights, and I WOULD LIKE TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE. I am paying for a system that does not work and seeking for this to be resolved at the corporate level. If anyone else has had any issues with this company please comment below.
