  Arranging a funeral for a loved one is never something you want to do, but Al Connizzo made this experience much less stressful than I had anticipated. From the minute we walked in, he treated me and my husband like he's known us for years. I felt comfortable discussing arrangements for my mother and he always address her as, "mom" which made me feel at ease. Al was so kind and patient. It was like he was part of my family. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained how everything would go the day of the service. I had a few small requests, and he made sure they were taken care of. He was there for the service and stayed until I left. If this is something you find yourself having to deal with, I would highly recommend working with Al.

  Horrible!!! While lowering our loved one into his final resting place, the casket turned on it's side!!! Unbelievable how unprofessional this place is. It took them 5 minutes to righten the casket all while we looked on in disbelief. NO apologies were made.
