  Customer service is non existent. Had to wait days for call backs and then the information was incomplete. I asked for quotes on additional services and never heard back. After one year of being a customer I shopped our poicy and found that I had been paying double for the same insurance I could get elsewhere. I switched to Geico and saved ... get this... $4,000.00 per year on auto insurance for my family.
