  I was unable to get an appointment with the Genius Bar online, so I took a chance and dropped in. The wait was 2 hours and 40 minutes, but I was prepared with a book to read. The Genius, Jose Caceres, was so patient and stuck with me until everything was working correctly—even though the problem was NOT Apple software, but AT&T service. He called AT&T for me and made sure everything was working. This was after I had already been to the AT&T store AND made 3 calls to AT&T and told each time they had fixed it. I can’t say enough good things about Jose! He is awesome!

  Spent the last 15 minutes on hold and no one answered the phone. The automated system played 20 questions before saying hold on as we forward your call to a sales associate.
  
  No wonder family and friends have been switch over to Samsung products. If you don’t take care of your customers, someone else will.
