  Just came from first follow-up visit since December 2016 purchase. My A4 Platinum Wireless instruments had initial been set up with 4 environmental settings with a choice of 5 volume levels. When I first turn them on each day they start up in "normal" environmental mode and a medium volume level. For TV viewing I have been using the "Auditorium" setting with maximum volume. This setting combination allows me to understand the TV dialog, but has a background hissing noise... acceptable, but somewhat annoying.
  
  I went in today for a 6 month follow-up and explained the situation to audiologist Anny Fernandez. She spent about 45 minutes analyzing the data displays and making adjustments to my instruments. At on point she enlisted the assistance of a remote technician to customize the precise settings. I expect there are literally thousands of different setting combinations: it's just a matter of finding the ones that exactly suit your ears.
  
  So, a professional appointment, state of the art equipment, total satisfaction outcome and the cost was... ZERO! It's like buying a new car and having lifetime free maintenance!
  
  Can't say enough good about Audibel products and Anny Fernandez!
