  Beverly and John are the best real estate agents around! They are both highly knowledgeable and if you have any questions or don't understand something, they will walk you through and explain in layman's terms, line by line, if necessary. They are honest and fair and want their clients to be happy. They give advice based on their knowledge and expertise and by knowing their clients. They will work with you until you find your dream house/sell your home. Beverly is a tenacious negotiator and will see that you get the best deal. I would recommend them to anyone in the housing market!

  In March of 2016, my husband and I worked with Bev and John to purchase a vacation home in Venice, FL. We really lucked out when we found them, because they are absolutely fantastic realtors! They have many years of experience and having them work together with us was like having a whole team of expertise at our disposal. We are from Michigan and knew nothing about flood zones, pest control, humidistats, etc… They offered a lot of information, when, frankly we didn’t even know what to ask. We never felt pushed. They really listened to what we wanted, and when we changed our minds mid-stride and switched to asking for a 2 car garage, instead of 1, they didn’t miss a beat and we were able to look at some that very day. They found us the perfect house. We had already gone back to Michigan, but using Facetime, we were able to view it on-line. They described the home and we were able to ask a lot of questions. They were very efficient and knowledgeable during the buying process and it went fast. They went way above and beyond what we ever expected, and now, 8 months after we purchased our home, they still continue to provide information on various topics. We are still thanking our lucky stars that we met them!
