  Have been waiting over 5 weeks and given 3 broken promises for my fence order to arrive. It's beyond me how these people stay in business. You'd be foolish to believe anything Jerry tells you. Their 5 star ratings from other people seem very suspicious given the fact they are so incompetent. Even though this first order was small (about $1000) I emphasized I would be ordering over $15,000 in PVC fencing from them. Apparently a $15,000 order doesn't mean much to them since they treated me like I was a nobody. Update: fence parts arrived (without notice) 5 1/2 weeks after I ordered them and after they were notified by my credit card company I was refusing to pay. I refused delivery. Since I got tired of waiting I ordered from another company. As I mentioned, the 5 star reviews are suspicious since their customer service and follow up are so disappointing.
