  I am a regular at this location. The staff is amazing and very caring. They make sure you’re comfortable and at ease. They do have some very talented phlebotomist working here. Including but not limited to Koolaid. There are a few grumps and distasteful people there but you need to brush them off because the rest of the staff is amazing! Very clean facility, even the washrooms are nice. I’ve never had anything other than a great experience here which is why I don’t understand the bad reviews. You get $50 the first 4 donations. If you are a student you get and extra $5 for showing your student ID. You get to win prizes every second donation of the week. It’s a great upbeat environment. Best way to spend an hour of my day.
