  Although I love Dr.Mitchel, his staff is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional, and disorganized. You can never speak to a person. The 'nurse' never gets back to you. He needs a topnotch office manager to straighten out the mess that his office creates. He is wonderful, but the actual office staff is not up to the job.

  No good responses from the office staff or others working there. The doctor is great, but when I can't get a call back to tell me what the doctor has a medication he thinks will help me, then I am in limbo.
