  We're having trouble resolving an ongoing issue with Progressive Community Management. Plus they don't even have our community of Bent Tree as one of their communities they manage on their website so we are extremely confused. Progressive doesn't even pick up their phone OR return voice messages. We've been getting late charges on our HOA fees for the last 3 years. We've sent our check in the mail to Lighthouse Management Company (our previous management company) for 2015 HOA fees, but our check was sent back to our home address twice. We were unaware of the property management company change as many of our close neighbors here in Bent Tree. We've paid our HOA fees twice only to receive the check returned to our home, February 2015 and March 2015. We have never been late. My husband has called Progressive Community management company numerous times and even drove to their location in Osprey with the check in hand. PCM (Lady with brown hair) stated that they would not charge us late fees because the check should not have been sent back in the first place to our home (twice). We've been extremely inconvenienced by either the changeover or the new company. We're unsure of where the mistake lies, but extremely displeased there is a THREAT to put a lien on our home.
  We are up to date with all of our HOA fees and have bank copies of our checks or bill pays being cashed on time to prove we've paid on time and even gone out of our way for this company. We don't understand why they are threatening us with a lien on our home. Our board in Bent Tree is not returning our calls nor is the progressive management company that handles our HOA fees. How do we get this resolved if no one cares enough to take the time to talk to us?

  I have to agree with many of the comments about PCM. I wish I could give them no stars. They do not respond to requests. You have to call or email sometimes three times before you get some kind of a response. I have approached the Palm Aire board about certain PCM employees and they are just as frustrated. i think they will be fired soon. Stay away from this company. They are not there to serve you. When you leave they will charge you $250 estoppel fee for being a good resident who always paid on time, helped other neighbors, picked up trash that management didn't do and then they will be late in getting the letter to your closing agent unless you are all over them. They even told me they could not find my payment or request when I called. Bad.
