  I hate to downplay local independent businesses...but!!!
  This establishment like most of american "businesses" will say anything and do anything to take your money...but, when you actually have a problem...ie come back with anything other than a credit card, they just recoil and have excuses for doing anything other than what was promised
  
  I bought a pair of boots several months ago...and was told by salesperson that "no one guarantees boots for a year, but we do"
  I have never heard of a footwear guarantee,(in my mind ...foolish to offer)
  But anyway...went off on merry way
  
  But, in 4 months i did have a problem other than normal wear and tear....
  Inside of boots were desintegrating!!!!
  
  Went back to redneck outpost to explain situation and get refund or new boots
  ...was met with outright combative attitude and "its not our fault" and "we never promised that"
  Blatantly called me a liar...etc
  This is the manager and owner!!!
  Also told hiking boots not designed to get wet(has anyone in the boot store been hiking?)
  Was told i can call boot company directly , but they will not agree w me regardless(wow)
  This place, while not the problem in of itself is definitely part of the problem....buy somewhere( not just for boots) that actually stands by their word!!!

  Very friendly but poor selections in my opinion,others may feel different! Defiantly worth checking out.
