  I worked with Matt to get an insurance covered windshield replacement. The first windshield he received from his supplier had a scratch; instead of installing it anyhow and hoping I wouldn't notice he pointed it out to me and then reached out to his supplier to get a new windshield in. Once that came in he got me in as soon as he could and got me taken care. Very helpful and an all around good guy.
  
  Multiple storms and one hurricane later there are no leaks, so he clearly did a good job.
