  Scheduled an appointment online in advance, showed up and had to wait in front of walk in customers for an extended amount of time until I was told my appointment had not been processed and I would be looking at an hour+ wait just for my turn. Supposedly the online system doesn't work well. Don't waste your time scheduling with them, lots of other places get you in and out much faster and respect your appointments.
