  The wait here in unbelievable. Both at the drive thru and inside. I understand being busy, but, they really need to figure it out. With that said, the staff is always super friendly ...the drinks are usually decent, although I have gotten a cup or two of coffee that was burnt (how is that even possible when they are always so busy?) It's a frustrating thing to have to dump out your 3$ cup of coffee because it's too bitter to even be palatable. I know, first world problems, but, seriously...
