  They will NEVER see my face in there again, EVER! They have a serious inventory issue they do not know how to restock the shelves! I’ve had to switch my calf to three different replacement milk’s because every time I go in there they are out of what I bought the time before. Same with the calf manna, miniature pig pellets, fence coat and the list goes on and on!!! If you’re going to carry it and sell it then STOCK it!
  
  What put the icing on the cake was I was in the store yesterday and purchased a small chicken coop to put some of my babies in. I was told it would be assembled (I paid for the assembly) and ready for me to pick up today. When I called the store, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, nobody knew what I was talking about. Then they put the manager on the phone and he told me “oh no no no no no that won’t be ready till monday”. I proceeded to say “oh no no no your staff told me Friday”. He proceeded to tell me “oh well it is what it is”.
  
  First of all maybe someone should teach him how to manage because obviously he doesn’t have a clue and from the post I made on FB earlier I would say there are A LOT of people in agreement with me!
  
  I returned to the store today and I got a full refund and I’m on my way to Bradenton to purchase it from the Tractor Supply there. It’s put together and ready, because that store has it together! I will be driving 20 minutes out of the way to go to a different store because I refuse to return to Sarasota unless you make some serious changes!
  
  The guy running this location should be taught how to do his job or fired! I own and run a Sales and Service store and this guy doesn’t have a clue on how to service his customers OR stock his shelves nor does he care by the way he spoke to me!

  9 times out of 10 they have what I need and if I don't find it right away there is plenty of polite help to show me. This is a great location on the way home from work. The prices could be a little lower though.
