  I had a very complex (size and shape) and expensive antique to send to Illinois and another UPS stores wouldn't help at all, and, in fact, the clerk was pretty rude to me. I called this franchise and the owner told me he was sure he could help. He went out of his way to explain different packing options and, in the end, was extremely helpful in getting the item shipped carefully, well-packed and out the same day. Excellent service and, despite the very high cost to ship, this UPS Store proved itself to be the only location I would use for anything special. Thank you Russell.

  The worst experience i had there had to ship some stuff from that store they gave me such a hard time when this is not the first time i use UPS for shipping the people in that work are just regualr people that have no idea what they doing its sad that actually the stores are owned privetly becouse they start making there own rules and not the actual rules that UPS has such a big compani gonna lose costumers for them privetly own people that just have 1 bussines and the dont know how to run it . Just to say now i went to regular post office and they did it for me and now i am happy never go there again or use UPS for anything . So many years of buss just went out the door keep up the goood work guys cuz u suck.
