  I just wanted to say that I started my day at another Verizon store and it was a very horrible experience. They showed no interest when I walked in the door. I stood there a waited for 15 mins until someone asked if she could help and needless to say she was no help. So after reviewing and researching at home I then drove to a store which is out of my way. Upon arriving at the cattleman Verizon I was greeted by a wonderful and nice lady Amy. She was so helpful and had tons of knowledge about my new phone. She was able to help me set it up and do what I wanted. I also purchased my son and phone as well. She was so kind and sweet with him and made sure he knew how his phone worked. She gave me useful information about my billing and account. I just want to say Amy is a true asset to your store and team. My family will be coming to see this Verizon store from this point out! Thank you again Amy for all of your help!
