  I always have a problem when picking up prescriptions. Today was the last straw. I went to pick up a prescription I had dropped off the evening before. I was the first in line in the drive through and after being asked my name, the person told me to hold on. She came back 5 min later saying it hadn't been filled yet. I dropped it off at 4pm in the afternoon and came back the following day at 1:30pm. I told the gentleman I gave the script to I would be back in the morning to pick it up. The pharmacy tech told me to circle around the building and they would have it ready in 10 min.I had my 20 month old with me and I'm sorry, but that wasn't going to work with for me. This is the second time I have had "circle around the building". No one ever seems to know what's going on and no one is ever on the same page. They will recommended I speak with the pharmacist, and both times I have, I've been super nice. Her on the other hand, shes given me an attitude on 2 seperate occasions. I understand they work in a face paced environment and get overwhelmed. I've been in customer service for 8 years, but the way this pharmacy handels things is absolutely ridiculous. I dont mind driving a bit further to another Walgreen's to avoid this kind of treatment which is what I am going to do from now on.
