  Had high expectations but this hotel is just slightly more upscale than a typical Marriott. Still new but some simple issues handled poorly, especially housekeeping. When I checked in yesterday, one of the two “free” waters was half gone and one coffee packet was missing. And there were other irregularities too, like previous guest’s notes written on spa menu. Today housekeeping forgot to visit altogether, maybe because my “Do not disturb “ sign was out from 3pm to 4:30pm. No minibar, valet only parking, antiseptic lobby bar and restaurant, not very cozy. Pool on roof is nice and staff is trying, but clearly only allowed to stay inside their defined job description.
