  As a native to Sarasota, this is by far my most favorite studio. I've tried many studios in town in my 36 years and I've finally found "the one". I hear all the instructors are great. Although, I've only been to classes instructed Courtney, Ashley, and Meg. I can say that each of them have an amazing energy and passion for yoga and they bring it into each practice and it flows over into the class everytime. I always leave feeling balanced and grounded. I also find it to be the perfect mix of all people of all ages which makes it welcoming to anyone looking for right studio. Thank you Ashley, Courtney and Meg. I Love The Yoga Shack!!
