  Lived in Sarasota for over 30 years, and moved into Bahia Vista Estates in 2016. The park has always been well maintained and played a big factor in purchasing here. Some people complain about the fees, but it's cheaper than renting and/or paying a mortgage. We are still working full-time, so having the convenience of lawn maintenance is a big plus! And our electric bill is cheaper than a house!

  Very nice senior, mobile home park. My parents live here and have found it to be a very friendly, close knit and active community.

  Very beautiful pool and service takes good care. Pool's by Lowell cleans it.
