  We were under the impression everything was fine. They moved our furniture into "climatized" storage where it stayed 18 months. Then they moved our possesions out of state to our final destination. Wooden furniture arrived with mold and mildew. Somethings were broken. But worse, one crate of furniture was missing. It imcluded some high value items. A month later I'm still trying to resolve the insurance claim out of an office in Indiana. They have been terrible with communication and customer service. I hope you can find someone better.

  Perfect move. Nothing damaged, nothing missing and movers on time as promised. Courtious, careful and willing to help in any way I suggested. Terrible driving weather here in Minnesota but movers chopped some ice on the driveway and did there thing.
  
  Could not be more pleased.
