  If I could give this branch zero stars I would. Was greeted politely at first, then when we asked for notary services, got the cold shoulder. Sat and waited for 10 minutes, then hey wouldn’t notarize the documents. Simple LLC transfer, and hey said they’d have to fax it to their legal dept. HORRIBLE experience.

  I've banked at various Chase branches throughout Sarasota over the years. I went in to this branch to get a document notarized and Vincent C. was extremely professional and courteous. However, the next time I went in I ended up dealing with a bank specialist named Nancy H. Her customer service left much to be desired. Very unprofessional at best. I was in there to add an additional account to my portfolio so as to track expenses for a rental property. The whole time I interacted with Nancy H. she was trying to sell me other financial products. There was minimal effort to listen to what my needs were and twice I had to interrupt her and bring her back to the task at hand. It was to the point of being unprofessional. She told me the fees for this account would be higher because I'm not putting enough funds in there and that "Money Talks" and I should transfer my other assets to this branch. I was made to feel very uncomfortable rather than relaxed. By contrast, my previous experience with Vincent was extremely professional and courteous. Unfortunately, 1 bad apple does spoil the bunch and leads to this bad negative review. If you go this branch try and avoid Nancy unless you're excited to spend an hour in there and listen to her unsolicited "spiel" on all the banking services they offer and how you can get rich !!!!
