  I purchased a like new three year old Chrysler Sebring with perfect leather and aluminum wheels from Internet Auto Sales. It was a beautiful car and I was very happy. Then three months went by and they failed to send in my fees for tax and registration as required by state law. Even after a year the State Department of Motor Vehicles was unable to force the dealership to send in my tax and registration fees and get the car registered. The DMV did get the dealer to come and pick up the car so it could be inspected by the DMV but, when the dealer refused to return the car or buy me a replacement the DMV told me that I should sue them. A state official with the DMV has told me that the dealership has since been fined $3500 for this theft of state funds. However state rules prohibit any information or record of the hearing from being released to the victims. They continue to refuse to replace the three year old Chrysler Sebring. I am out thousands of dollars. I would not deal with this dealership they're crooks!
