  We engaged Kangas for phone service at two of our new buildings in Sarasota (off Clark Rd). This company has given us incorrect and misleading information from the very beginning of our engagement.
  
  It has taken 11 months to finally get an answer from them that they cannot satisfy the requests we made nearly a year earlier. We were explicit from the very beginning that we would not have service through them if their system couldn't support certain operations.
  
  We have been overly patient all year. We've received apologies for the delays throughout this process and apologies now that they admit they cannot perform the operations we detailed to them at the beginning of our conversations.
  
  I can't say that everyone in this company is crooked, but they certainly have some crooked people, and so many fouled processes that it takes a full year to get an answer to simple questions.
