  The store clerk Mr. Shane Gish is amazing! He really went above and beyond the call of duty by personalizing my needs and morphing it into my wants and the end result was a customized phone with screen protector and and a blue camouflage shock-proof case that more than fit my needs financially and technologically as the perfect phone and plan for myself. I not only strongly recommend Shane as a Metro PCS representative but as a communications consultant who wont steer you wrong. His tech knowledge combined with his knack for recommending the best, most affordable plan to suit your needs makes him hands down the leader at this Metro PCS retail store and arguably all Sarasota Metro locations.
