  I've been training at Shuhari for 4 years now and can honestly say I can't imagine a better group of people to train with. The instruction is top notch, with lineage and consistent exposure to additional training and top-level instructors from across the country, and around the world. The true self defense aspect of the well-rounded training at Shuhari is obviously great and probably one of the most noticed benefits, but the underlying principals and life lessons involved in traditional martial arts are quite significant as well, not to mention the physical workout! Renshi Baker has so much to offer the student, young or old, that really wants to train hard and get everything they can out of it. Highly recommend coming by to see for yourself.
