  Absolutely horrible customer service. The girl who answered, Connie, was the rudest person I have ever spoken with – which says a lot being a general contractor. I had a few questions regarding a commercial job and she sighed over and over into the phone, interrupted me when I spoke and sent me straight to a line with a voice mail. I won’t ever use this company on the sole basis that their employees have no customer etiquette by any standard.
