  By far the WORST place I have ever lived. Pool and hot tub have BOTH been shut down for health code violations. Don’t be fooled by the pictures the hot tub is disgusting and never hot past 3 o clock I swear they turn it off. Pool is constantly filthy, trash cans overflowing in the pool area. The deck is falling apart with nails sticking out through the wood and they’ve been that way since we’ve lived here (8 months). If we get heavy rain there’s apparently something “wrong with their drain system” so the entire parking lot floods. I was told by maintenance they were working on the issue.....still floods. I should have known this place would be nothing but issues when we first showed up on our move in date and they didn’t know where the keys were, weren’t expecting us, and the apartment wasn’t even READY we had latters and cleaning supplies all through out our apartment, it hadn’t been finished painting, we had grease and dust all over the counter and in every cupboard and they asked us if we would consider moving in on a LATER DATE. Are you kidding me? Seriously save yourself and go someone else. We can’t wait to get out!!!!

  GREAT location and amenities. Very pet friendly. HUGE lanais and a fireplace IN the apartment. Nicki showed us around and was friendly and patient as we made multiple visits to this property. Encouraged us to stop and speak with any resident - we did and he was there two years and LOVED it.
  The ONLY reason we did not choose #TimberLakeLiving was no walk-in shower. You've GOT to check this place out if you are looking for an apartment in #Sarasota (in Manatee County).
